「家生師三方會談」是我校建構家校學習社區中的重要一環,國際部小學於1月30日舉行了以「自主學習,能動發展」為主題的家生師三方會談。通過學生、家長、老師三方坦誠深入的溝通,發揮家校共育的效能,能夠彼此信任,互相包容,進一步優化班群建設,攜手合作共同擔負教育的責任。

老師們親切地迎接陸續到來的家長和學生,隨着一聲聲清脆響亮的「老師好」,可愛的同學們在家長的陪伴下踏進了校園,簽到後把家長帶到了課室所在的樓層。

“3 ways conference with parents, students and teachers” is an important part of our school’s construction of a home-school learning community. On January 30th, the International Section (Primary School) held a conference talk with parents, students, and teachers with the theme of “Autonomous Learning, Active Development”. Through candid and in-depth communication among students, parents, and teachers, the effectiveness of home-school education can be brought into full play, so that they can trust and tolerate each other, further optimize class construction, and work together the responsibility of education.

The teachers cordially greeted the parents and students who arrived one after another. With a clear and loud “Hello Teacher “, the lovely students stepped into the campus accompanied by their parents, and after signing in, they took their parents to the floor where the classroom was located.

來到了教學區,學生們當起了「導賞員」,迫不急待地引領家長參觀校園,大方地介紹探究作品,學生們神采飛揚和充滿自信的表情,展現了國際文憑學習者的素養。

When they came to the teaching area, the students acted as “guides” and eagerly led their parents to visit the campus, and generously introduced the research works. The students showed their high spirits and confident expressions, demonstrating the attributes of PYP learner profile.

國際部小學的課程既突出PYP小學項目的元素,同時融合了澳門本地課程的色彩,培養學生的家國情懷、傳統根基和世界眼光,使學生自主投入探究學習,成為具能動性的學習者。在會談中,學生結合探究單元的實操,向家長和老師彙報自己在學習上的收穫和體會,分享成長及進步的喜悅,同時反思自己在哪些地方有待改進。

The primary school curriculum of the International Section not only highlights the elements of the PYP, but also integrates the characteristics of the local curriculum in Macau, cultivating students’ sense of homeland, traditional wisdom, and global vision, so that students can engage in inquiry learning independently and become active learners. In the meeting, students combined with the practical operation of the inquiry unit, reported their learning gains and experiences to their parents and teachers, shared the joy of growth and progress, and reflected on their areas for improvement.

老師向家長彙報了學生的探究學習和各學科學習取得的成果,對學生在第一段的努力表示肯定,並與家長積極溝通,共同探討協助學生成長的方法,齊抓共管,促進學生的全面發展,健康成長。

The teacher reported to the parents the results of the students’ inquiry learning and learning in various subjects, affirmed the students’ efforts in the first term, and actively communicated with the parents to discuss ways to assist students in their growth, work together to manage, and promote the comprehensiveness of students’ development and healthy growth.

伴隨着温馨的音樂,現場氣氛愉悅和諧,藉由暢通開放的溝通方式,家長也分享了許多學生的成長點滴。在會談中,家長深入地了解孩子的學習狀態,也更清晰地理解PYP小學項目課程的標準與要求。在會談尾聲,學生、家長和教師三方協作制定未來努力的方向和新的學習計劃。

Accompanied by the warm background music, the atmosphere was pleasant and harmonious. Through the open communication method, parents also shared the growth of many students. During the meeting, the parents had a deeper understanding of their children’s learning status and had a clearer understanding of the standards and requirements of the PYP curriculum. At the end of the meeting, students, parents, and teachers worked together to formulate future directions and new learning plans.

為了提升學校教學質量,推動PYP課程的發展,我校以電子問卷形式邀請小一學生家長對學校工作給予回饋。收集後的數據顯示家長對學校的辦學理念、國際課程的實施和教師工作表示高度認同和支持,反映了家長對學校的了解和信任。

In order to improve the quality of school teaching and promote the development of PYP courses, our school invites parents of primary one student to give feedback on schoolwork in the form of electronic questionnaires.

The collected data showed that parents expressed a high degree of recognition and support for the school’s philosophy, the implementation of PYP curriculum and the work of teachers, reflecting the parents’ understanding and trust in the school.

本次活動在家生師和諧的交流、真誠的反饋中拉下了帷幕,取得了良好的活動效果。三方會談讓家長近距離地感受了學生的學習生活,融入PYP的學習社區,也使家長、學生和老師走得更近,促進家庭與學校發展伙伴關係,為支持學生的能動性發展奠定了基礎。

By the end of the day a wrap up of harmonious communication between students and teachers and sincere feedback, and good results were achieved. The 3 ways conference allowed parents to experience the students’ learning life at closer range and integrate into the PYP learning community. It also brought parents, students, and teachers closer together, promoted the development of partnerships between families and schools, and laid the foundation for supporting students’ active development.
